Por Eso! Peru was founded in The Netherlands in 2009 and has a Dutch Board. It is a non-profit organisation with a Peruvian team of twelve professionals working from the office in Calca (Cusco), Peru. Por Eso! is mainly dependent on funding, but we are working on making Peruvian authorities take on more of the costs.
A special collaboration is the one with CREEMOS in Lima, our invaluable counterpart. We have been working alongside each other for nine years now. This group of tenacious and creative Peruvians are responsible for our national network and a large part of the donations made from within Peru.
